The Mississauga Chapter Women in Engineering Committee is pleased to present Allison Corabatir, Director, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Magna Exteriors and Interiors. Allison will speak on Managing Change.

Allison has worked at Magna since 2002. She is currently responsible for encouraging and supporting all the Magna Interior and Exterior division facilities in their pursuit to become World Class Manufacturing facilities using Lean, Six Sigma and Magna Production Systems. She is the Six Sigma Deployment Champion and also does business process auditing. Allison has also worked as a project manager, black belt and master black belt at various divisions.

Prior to joining Magna, she worked as an operations coordinator and later as a plant manager in the sheet metal industry, specifically in spray paint booth manufacturing.

Ms. Corabatir has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Istanbul. She has also completed certification programs in lean manufacturing from UCLA and University of Michigan.

There will also be an opportunity for networking with other members. Light refreshments will be served.
