Ministry of Environment Approvals Changes
The Mississauga Chapter PEO Environmental Committee is organizing an information session regarding the proposed amendments to Ontarios environmental approvals process as part of the provinces Open for Business legislation.
Ontario is working to make the process user-friendly and fully protective of our environment. Moving toward a risk-based approach allows the ministry to focus on environmental outcomes while making the process more effective and user friendly for business.
The presentation will outline and review key changes for those whose work is affected by the environmental approvals process.
Come join us in a discussion with staff from the Ministry of the Environment Modernization of Approvals project team.
There will also be an opportunity for networking with other members. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. There is no cost to attend this event.
