Follow by a special technical seminar from start-up company, XYZ Interactive Technologies Inc. The presentation including:
1) Introduction to Sensors.
2) What are sensors used in Smart devices?
3) What is predictable future for Sensor in term of industrial, consumer users?
4) What are the challenge in designing, manufacturing of sensors?
5) The path from innovation ideas to product of XYZ Interactive Technologies Inc.
Presenter:  Michael Kosic, P.Eng.
Mr. Kosic has successfully led the conception, ramp-up, and growth of both independent start-ups and internal divisions of existing companies in the internet, mobile, retail banking, and high-tech space both in North America and abroad. Currently, as CEO of XYZ Interactive his focus is to grow the licensing customer and partnership base for XYZ’s low-cost gesture sensor technology beyond it’s initial inroads in Automotive, Toys, and Lighting into Robotics, Wearables, Signage, and other Consumer Electronics.
XYZ Interactive Technologies Inc. was established in 2002, with the initial research focused on radio-frequency RF position sensing.  As the positioning software was refined and hybrid technology positioning systems were evaluated, some key novel ranging techniques were developed. XYZ Interactive’s technology enables novel, low cost and low power and differentiating 3D gesture and position recognition use-cases.
