About our Instructors:

Stephen Dixon, B.Sc., M.A.Sc.
Stephen Dixon, has for over 40 years, provided energy management
services to a diverse range of industrial, commercial, institutional and
utility organizations. Broadly recognized as a leader in energy
management training, his focus is simple; to empower all that he works
with to use energy more effectively by developing individual skills,
organizational best practices and providing tools for energy
management. Stephen has extensive energy management experience,
including 900+ energy assessments, over 2,700 energy management
workshops and has inspired over 35,000 individuals from more than
1,700 organizations. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Design Engineering from the
University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Physics from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Adam Dixon, BES
Adam is a pivotal team member at TdS Dixon Inc. in St. Jacobs,
Ontario, bringing a fresh perspective to energy management with a
focus on performance analysis and residential sector services. Holding
a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo,
specializing in Earth Systems Science and Geographic Information
Systems.
His contributions at TdS Dixon Inc. include providing crucial support
for energy audits and actively participating in the development of the
organization’s respected energy training services. Adam’s impact
extends beyond the company, having played a key role in developing
residential audit methodologies and tools under contract to the Elora Centre. Notably, he has trained hundreds of participants in Certified RETScreen Expert courses and built models using RETScreen Expert for various organizations, facilitating their access to GCIB grants from the
federal government. Adam’s versatile skill set and commitment to sustainability make him a valuable asset in the field of energy management.
