Come and meet your Chapter Board. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in our activities for next year. You can share your ideas and vision for the chapter with our Board as they begin their new mandate.

• Approval of Minutes from the 2011 Annual General Meeting
• Business arising from the Minutes
• Report of the Chair
• Treasurer’s Report for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2011
• Committee Reports (Education, Environmental, Awards, License presentation, Communications, Mentoring, EIT, WIE, GLP)
• Appointment of Scrutineers
• Election of the 2012 Board
• Appointment of the Auditor

Nomination:

Nominations may be made by the chapter membership in accordance with the Chapter By-Law, Article 4, Part 6, using nomination form.

Nomination form must bear the names and signatures of the two nominators and the nominee signifying his/her acceptance of the nomination.

The nominators and nominees must be in good standing with PEO. Board terms of the office are one year in duration.

The Nomination Committee Chair (Mirko Manojlovic, P.Eng.) must receive nominations at least two weeks before the Chapter AGM (by January 19, 2012). Please scan and submit signed nomination form to mirko.manojlovic@peo-mc.ca.

Do not forget to bring original copy of the signed nomination form to the AGM.

IMPORTANT: To be eligible to vote, you MUST bring P.Eng. License card to AGM.
