New Consistency and Logic Hiring Process
February 10, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
You are HIRED! How to improve, accelerate and upgrade your careers.
About this Event
Abstract: Hiring teams know acquiring top talent for their company is critical for success. However, very few managers are good at interviewing and getting the hiring right. This presentation will explore how candidates interview and perform on the job are two different things, and introduce the paradigm shift in hiring process from traditional interviewing to “experiencing” candidates in real life business setting. The Hiring Simulation Assessment® [HSA] will allow both the hiring company and candidate to experience how each other thinks, operates, and manages to ensure a better fit. This TEST DRIVE increased the probability for success for both sides. HSA examples will be given to provide insights to the new process, and key practices and methods being used in industry today will be provided for candidates to improve, accelerate and upgrade their careers.
Speaker: Ed Small is a Senior Associate with Hire Results Ltd. of Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
