Chief Guest and Speaker: Duncan Law, Vice President Rapid Transit (Hurontario LRT)

Duncan is the Vice President for the Hurontario LRT project. He joined the LRT program in November 2021 after heading the Sponsorship of the Subways Program since its conception in 2019. Duncan joined Metrolinx following a 20-year diverse career in the UK railway sector. His experience within the railway sector included front line operational roles, the general management of one of the country’s largest stations and business change management. The bulk of his experience has been focused on the sponsorship of major capital programs in the North of England, as well as the early development of the UK High Speed (2) program. A veteran of the UK Armed Forces, Duncan has extensive experience leading teams, is a qualified leadership coach, and enjoys mentoring and coaching people to help unlock their maximum potential.
