PEO Mississauga Chapter’s Semi-Annual License Presentation Ceremony (LPC)
Tuesday, June 25th, 2024, marked the PEO Mississauga Chapter’s semi-annual License Presentation Ceremony (LPC). The ceremony was held at Hyatt Place Mississauga Center, 5787 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2H7. As part of the PEO Mississauga Chapter’s LPC program, two ceremonies are conducted every year: this was the spring ceremony and the fall ceremony will follow.
Distinguished guests from PEO, industry, and government presented certificates to 50 newly licensed professional engineers.

- James Mardegan, P.Eng., PMP – Director of Transmission and Stations Engineering, HydroOne
- Sheref Sabawy, MPP Mississauga – Erin Mills
- Hon. Nina Tangri, MPP, Mississauga – Streetsville
In keeping with the high standards set by the past LPC events organized by the Mississauga Chapter and those under the umbrella of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), this event maintained the level of professionalism and quality standards.
With the support, guidance, and teamwork of fellow PEO Mississauga chapter board members, this event was a great success. The program was enjoyed by all the attendees, including the sumptuous dinner served by the extraordinary staff at the Hyatt Place Mississauga Center.
